Christmas color

Is it too early to start talking Christmas decor? I think not, so here goes. The Christmas decorations in Europe go up SO early — with no Thanksgiving decor standing in the way, shops are free and clear to start putting up their Christmas color from the first of November. In fact, I am certain I saw some shops all decked out for the holidays before Halloween — silly!
I thought this room, featured in Ideal Home, was so fun. Loads of umph and sparkle. I feel inspired — I just wish Tilly’s Cottage was complete so that I was able to “tart it up” for the holidays. I guess I’ll just gather some ideas for next year.

I was wondering where you would buy the red christmas stars hanging from the ceiling in this picture, I live in canada and I can’t seem to find them anywhere so far. This christmas setting is absolutely beautiful!!

It’s easy to find the 5 pointed version but the 8-pointed stars like these are a bit of challenge. Good luck and thanks for following Tilly’s Cottage.
