The builders have made considerable progress on the upper floor getting rooms framed in and the subfloor down. They’ve also moved on to prepare for the plumbing on the ground floor. They are waiting on an additional piece of structural steel for the upstairs overhang so that they can finish off the cinderblock walls and then they can begin to frame in the downstairs rooms.
They tell me they need only another seven weeks…past renovations have left me pretty jaded but we’re on track so far so, fingers crossed!
