Another throwback photo from the original cottage of the living room before versus the way it looks now. I remember my joy when I pulled off the the 70s fireplace that had been added and saw what was underneath. It took a lot of scrubbing the brick to get off all the layers of wallpaper and paint that had been added over the years but it was a real beauty underneath.
